THE LEITH PLANNING GROUP CELEBRATES HEAD OFFICE MOVE AND COMPANY EXPANSION
For immediate release Kirsty Rowe
Leith Planning Ltd. Kirkham, Lancashire
The Leith Planning Group is pleased to announce their move to new head offices in Kirkham, Lancashire. The company first operated from Samantha’s (Group Managing Director) bedroom, through to modest offices in Lytham; the Leith Planning Group have now purchased a three-storey purpose-built head office in Kirkham, which is complemented by their office presence on Wigmore Street in Central London.
The team celebrated their move with their contact base, made up of private landowners, care providers and developers that they have built up over the last 27 years of being in business.
With the incredible growth of Leith Planning Ltd, a boutique town and country planning consultancy, the business has now expanded significantly. The group also has a land investment arm (namely Leith Planning Ventures), funding the entire planning process, at-risk and absorbing all costs if unsuccessful. There is also the land/property agency arm (Leith Capital Management.) And most recently the new extension to the company has been adopted, Leith Construction Services which will enable the group to take a project all the way through to development.
The move and business expansion match the measured growth within the group’s team and workload, reflecting their goals and aspirations for the future. And to reflect on the exceptional growth of the company, the team has expanded considerably within the past year. David Forshaw has been welcomed as Group Planning Director, he has over 30 years of experience as a Chartered Town Planner and has significant experience in both land promotion and management across the UK. David says;
“I am delighted to have joined the Leith Group at this time and be able to use my skills and experience to contribute to the exciting growth ambitions for all the group companies.”
Graeme Thorpe has come on board as the Group Planning Manager, with an extensive planning knowledge across a wide spectrum of sectors, working in Local Government for a number of years. Graeme’s role is to be responsible for managing the planning team and ensuring all of their work is to an exceptional standard.
Kirsty Rowe joined the Commercial team as Group Commercial Executive, utilising her background in TV production to expand the brand’s presence and development across the UK.
Finally, Kayleigh Buckridge joins the Operations team, assisting the Group Operations Manager and ensuring the day to day running of the office is executed to a high standard.
